Preparation: For Time: 3 Rounds of 10: Lunges, 10: Squats, 1 (per leg) 30 second Samson Stretch

Storm: With a 55# barbell perform 5 rounds for time of:
12: Hang Snatch
8: (per leg) Altnerating Reverse Lunge (Front Rack)
7: Push Press
5: Bent Over Row
9: Front Squat

Finisher: Assault Bike: 15-10-5 Calories for time.

Skill/Chill: Dead Bugs, Planks, Leg Lifts, Long Lunge Stretch
