Preparation: 3 Rounds of: 10 Arm Scissors, 10 Lunges, 10 Squats, 15 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push-ups

Focus: Pull-ups: A. Max reps. (Rest 1 minute) B. 6-6-5-4-3

Storm: For Time 300 Kettlebell Swings (KBS) and Overhead Squat Complex. Perform three rounds as follows 10: Kettlebell Swings (KBS), 1: Overhead Squat, 15: KBS, 2: Overhead Squat, 25: KBS, 3: Overhead Squats, 50: KBS. Use a kettlebell weight that you know you can swing 25-30 times unbroken. Overhead Squat at 85#

Skill/Chill: 2 rounds, 1 minute each of: Hollow Rocks, Sit-ups, Plank holds
