Preparation: 3 Rounds of 10: Lunges, 10: Squats, 10 push-ups, 10 Jumping Jacks, 1 (per leg) 15-second Samson Stretch

Focus: Pull-ups: 7-7-6-5-4

Storm: With a 65# barbell perform 8 rounds for time of:
6: Hang Clean
6: Front Squat
6: Thrusters

Finish: 2 rounds, Assault Bike 1 minute sprint.  1 minute each after sprint of: Hollow Rocks,  Plank.

    Workout went well today! Although, doing pull ups I was able to do seven, seven, five, five, five, four. Not sure why six wasn’t happening.
    Used 65 pounds for the work out and completed in 17:30. I had lost track of rounds, and may have done an extra one. I would rather go over though.
    Bike sprints went well today. All in all a great day!
