Preparation: Warm-up of your choice…(note movements used and time in your comments)

Focus: Push Press: 90# x 5 – 105# x 5- 115# x 3
Squat: 110# x 20
Hang Clean: Ladder to 115# then max reps at 115

Finish: 3 Rounds of: 10 evil wheels. Then perform 8-8-7-6-5 pull-ups.

    Push press at 90 went well. 105 I was able to do it for, and then not able to push up on the fifth try. Rested for a moment and try to again, no success. 115 didn’t go up at all. Really need to work on his movement, I feel I am very weak here.
    Squats were awesome! That is definitely a strength of mine.
    Was able to do three hang cleans at 115. Again, this is a movement that I continue to see improvement, but need to work on form.
    Evil wheels were great. It’s been a while since I’ve done this movement, and I think that again will get better with more exposure.
    Pull ups went great this time was able to do eight, seven, six, five.
