Preparation: six minutes moderate jog, walk on treadmill/bike. Six lunges, nine jumping jacks, 12 squats.

Storm 10 minute AMRAP of:
5 Burpee’s
10 Sit ups,
15 Squats,
50 Single unders.

Finish: Eight rounds of Tabata bike sprints.

    Was able to drive the entire six minutes on treadmill.
    Completed five rounds.
    Tabata was difficult especially after around three. Worked at 100% entire eight rounds.
